Welcome to our Portman Holiday website which was developed by Hilary & Kevin Taylor to share their love of this beautiful area. 

Our lovely property is situated in a unique, unspoilt spot within the small traditional Spanish village of Portman.  It has a front line beach position and within the village are all the amenities for a relaxing holiday.

Within a short distance from Portman there are 3 premier Golf Courses and extensive practice facilities.  There is also a fully equipped Tennis Centre, bowling green, Football Pitches, Gymnasium and Spa.  There are jogging and cycling routes and exceptional opportunities for hill walking and trekking.  Apart from Portman’s own beaches, Costa Calida offers a choice of beaches with access to two seas, the main one being the Mediterranean.  The Mar Menor is a second inland sea separated from the Mediterranean by La Manga del Mar Menor.  The warm shallow waters of Mar Menor are ideal for families and the many sandy beaches around the shores provide many activities for both adults and children.  Many of these beaches are within a short drive from Portman. With the construction of the new marina, there will also be extensive Boating and Water Sport Facilities.
